had a good experience with this place. despite what most reviews said online this company actually was great to me. They brought a car to the scene of the accident i was in, they negotiated with my insurance company for longer term rental. The vehicle was new and clean. they responded whenever i needed them and even waived a day of fees when i brought the car back a day late. very happy with my experience
I having a very disappointing experience with this company. The rental vehicle I received had front tires that kept losing air, making it unsafe to drive. I reported the issue and was told a replacement car would be sent, but no one ever showed up. I was also asked to drive the unsafe vehicle to their location, which I couldn’t do because I was working and their office closes at the same time my shift ends. I was told someone would follow up with me, but that never happened. Another employee texted me saying there was a Honda available, and I requested winter tires and a smoke-free interior, but I still received no update. Overall, communication and service were extremely poor, and I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
I got rear ended, they brought the rental car at the accident and drove home without hassle. Since I have a rental included on my insurance, my adjuster deal with them for thr price and return the car after 3 weeks without paying from my pocket. $350 credit card hold was also returned. I read some bad reviews but my experience is smooth. I returned the car earlier than the authorized date because my car was repaired ahead of time and it was good. No extra payment on my part. All covered by my insurance. Thanks guys for the service..
Excellent Service! The staff at preferred car and truck rentals were super friendly and made the rental process quick and easy. The car was spotless, well-maintained, and ready right on time. I’ll definitely be renting from them again highly recommend!
Worst rentals-- after my accident i got trapped by this rental company because after the accident I couldn't think much because of the trauma First they fooled me with giving me smokers car saying that it is not and then they could not give me similar size vehicle which I was supposed to get and now from last three weeks they are irritating me by lying every day Please avoid them I am stuck but you can avoid
Amazing experience. They helped with different rental cars when my insurance didn’t help me out and other companies declined me. I highly recommend them. Will use them again in the future when needed.
Surprised with all the negetive reviews. Can say I had a pleasant experience dealing with these guys. Was involved in an accident. They brought a rental right to me and arranged pick on return date. Nice and simple for me. Young guy named AJ brought and picked up the car from me and was nice enough to deal with.
