i don’t even want to put a 1 star review that’s too high, terrible customer service, terrible clerk working on a wednesday night would not even properly explain what’s going on, terrible policies nothing matches with what you book with expedia they have their own policies, and i’m pretty sure it’s not a requirement if you decline protection, here you can’t. Overall a waste of time and money. please don’t go here
Unlike other car rental companies they charge an additional 5$ a day even with personal auto insurance rental car coverage. Will use Zoom again as they don’t have hidden charges.
Worst car rental service in Toronto, I booked Mustang for 3 days, one day before pickup went to this place they told me we have car available for you, next day to pickup they told me no car Mustang available, I asked them cancel my booking and paid $200 through Expedia, didn’t got back my money, even they didn’t reserve one star
The rep went beyond his duties to help, with connecting the apple air play. He even left me know where to get the better charging cable for the phone. Sorry don't know his name.
HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! IN THE PAST 50 YEARS OF MY RENT A CAR EXPERIENCE, I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED AS I HAVE BY YADER (HORRIBLE MANAGER). HE REFUSED TO RENT ME THE CAR I HAD A CONFIRMED RESERVATION FOR. HE INSISTED THAT MY PERSONAL AUTO INSURANCE AND MY CREDIT CARD INSURANCE COVERAGE WERE NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO COVER THE CAR RENTAL AND WAS GOING TO CHARGE AN EXTRA $80. WHEN I DISAGREED AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR, HE SAID I COULD CALL BACK THE FOLLOWING MORNING. HE LEFT ME STRANDED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT (11+PM) IN A DARK AND SCARY STREET. A PERSON LIKE YADER CAN ONLY CAUSE LOSSES TO ANY COMPANY HE WORKS FOR. I ASSURE YOU, I WILL NOT LET THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE GO BY WITHOUT POSTING THE MOST NEGATIVE REVIEWS ONLINE FOR YOUR COMPANY UNTIL HE IS FIRED. NOT ONLY I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO NEXTCAR, I WILL PURPOSELY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM RENTING FROM NEXTCAR. FOR YOUR COMPANY REPUTATION’S SAKE GET RID OF HIM. GOD ONLY KNOW HOW MUCH BUSINESS HE MUST HAVE LOST YOUR COMPANY. REMEMBER, A CUSTOMER WITH HIS/HER MONEY WILL GO WHERE THEY'RE TREATED BEST. A COMPANY'S MANAGER CAN MAKE ITS SUCCESS OR BREAK IT.
