Although I’ve been a loyal Enterprise customer for over 20 years, this was my first time trying Hertz at this location, and I was absolutely blown away. Milind and Mujtaba delivered service that easily deserves more than 10 stars. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuinely caring personalities made the entire process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. They take customer service seriously and treat you with respect and sincerity, qualities that are rare to find. Everything from the vehicle selection to the walk-through and return process was handled with exceptional thoroughness and a high standard of professionalism. These two gentlemen are a true asset to Hertz. If you are considering renting a car, whether you're new to Hertz or thinking of switching, I highly encourage you to give this location a try. After one experience, I can confidently say you’ll become a loyal customer just like I am now. Outstanding service, outstanding people. Highly recommended!
I’ve dealt with this Hertz location a few times, and overall it’s been a positive experience. They’ve given me upgrades based on my membership level depending on vehicle availability, and the cars are generally clean and well-maintained. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because there was one time I called dozens of times with no answer — not an exaggeration — and had to contact a manager trainee by email to get help. There was also an occasion where I didn’t receive the specific vehicle I had reserved. Still, overall I’m satisfied with the service.
Extremely unprofessional business. I booked a car a week and a half in advance for a 2 day rental. When I showed up to pick up the car, I found out that they had given it away, because I showed up a little late (75 minutes), but still well within their business hours. The agreement that we had said nothing of them giving away the car that I agreed to pay for 2 days if I didn't arrive exactly on time. At no point did they try to contact me to let me know they were giving away my car. I was renting for business purposes and am now without a car. Totally unacceptable to not honour a prearranged agreement. Do not rent from this location.
Got a rental car from Hertz as had given my car to Toyota for detailing. Safwan Kazi came by and picked me up from the dealership and took me to Hertz for the rental. Had a very pleasant personality and great customer skills. Thank you Safwan. On the other hand, on returning the car, when I dropped off the car at the Toyota dealership and called Hertz, the other employees whom I called, had no idea how to deal with a car being dropped off at the dealership. All in all, great service because of folks like Safwan.
Great service. Very friendly. Free upgrade when I said I am willing to pay extra for a bigger car as I have kids with car seat. The employee even dropped me off when he heard that I am taking a Uber home.
