I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise. My insurance arranged a rental for me from this location. They went beyond our expectations and had kept the store open for us just so we could pick up our rental. On top of that, we were picked up and dropped off to our home. All the staff from this location deserve a special mention! Keep it the good work

Their choice of vehicle selection is terrible, I flew in at Toronto and came here to pick up a rental. My booking was at 4pm and I arrived at 3:55pm. After I arrived we did the paperwork and that’s when they took my rental to the back to get cleaned up. Waited for 30 mins for it to be cleaned. Overall not a good experience only positive thing was the front desk staff was professional and respectful.

Excellent customer service. I came in to switch out a car from Oshawa as it was hurting my husband's and I back, and they solved our issues right away. It was a bit of a wait but worth it and the team worked hard to solve this evening though we arrived so close to closing.

Got a rental car from these folks while my car was in the shop for an insurance claim. The truck they gave me ran beautifully, the staff where friendly and courteous, had a great experience here. Here highly recommended.
