I had one of the best experiences ever at this location. Everyone working here is great but especially Vidur. Vidur went above and beyond to help me get into a suitable rental for me and when I left behind an item in the car Vidur was very easy to deal with and helped me get the item back. Would 100% recommend this location for anyone looking to rent a vehicle.

After experiencing very bad customer service at the 3145 Dundas West branch, this location, especially Fatima, has completely changed my opinion of Enterprise! The service is excellent, with endless support. I’ve been renting a car almost every other day for more than two years, and they are the best by far! I look forward to renting more in the future.
