The worst "economy" Rent-A-Car We rented with another company that were out of cars so they sent us to this one. They changed conditions of renting, negotiation ZERO. The guy in the front desk barely speak english, so hard to understand and when we asked something he replied another thing. I don't recommend at all.
worst company. Don’t trust on them. They will charge you many extra charges. They charge $250 plus taxes. If you don’t like their car and want to return. Their cars are not in goof condition.
One of the worst service in canada. The reception told me 25$ /day car rental . After 1 hour hour owner came and put a price list in front of me with 34$ / hour. Just returned back due to non professional service. 0 star from my end
All reviews about this company is a TRUTH! I rented a car from Advance car and truck rental and was overcharged...It is SCAM COMPANY! If you need a car don't go there! Don't waste your time and money. This is the worst company in Toronto!!!!!
The worst possible service you could ask for when renting a vehicle. They try to blame costs of damage on you that already existed on the vehicle. They provide no help in reimbursing their customers. Take your business elsewhere!!! Anywhere but this place is recommended.
AVOID THIS CAR RENTAL PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Rented a car from here, and it was sketchy from the very beginning. They charge you an additional $25 for every toll charge made in their vehicle. Being from the states, i accidently ended up on the one toll road in Toronto and called them immidiately. They told me they put a note on my account that they wouldnt chare me the additional charges and i exited immidiately. 2 months later i find a charge for $69.97. I have attached what they sent me to justify the charge. Let me know if you can find where they came up with the $69.97 beacuse i couldn't. After pulling teeth, i finally got them to reimburse me $25 but was still stuck with $44.97. They told me "this is the best we can do". Pathetic. Pay the extra $10 / day and rent somewhere else. This place was a JOKE. (Response to there reply below) I understand the terms and conditions. But when a customer calls in and tells you that they knowingly made the mistake of getting on a toll and you specifically said that you will make a note on the account and I WILL NOT BE CHARGED THE EXTRA FEES, dont come back and charge me the fees. That is called lying. Your business revolves around customer service. Do a better job at it. Can you please explain how you came up with the 69.97? It appears you pulled a number out of your ass and charged me for it.
Crooks by all means...I have contacted BBB, Consumer credit complaints and Human rights commisions, along with Toronto SUN - to report this company! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Straight OUT LIED about: * Costs * Access * Additional Charges * made me wait outside from 9-10am (and yet said they are open) I rented a car from Friday to Monday (3 day rental) I was told they were not open on Monday (holiday) - so I decided not to take the car! They made special arrangements for me to call 30 minutes before to have someone meet me! on Monday when I called I was told that no one was in town, therefore I had to return the car on Tuesday - I had to change my flight, miss a day of work, spend another night in town (NO DROP BOX) for the key! AND PAY THE EXTRA DAY Rental...but when I arrived at 9am this morning...the other customer who was in the same situation did not get charged as per "policy" - and yet the only difference I could see between us was WHITE FEMALE vs INDIAN MALE So...please tell me...was I just treated differently because of my gender or my race!
