Just purchased 2 dresses for my daughter’s prom (we could not decide), the dresses at Lusso’s are exquisite and beautiful. The quality in materials and styles were past our expectations. We received the best service and most of all the assistance and help during our shopping experience was fantastic. We are so grateful we walked into this store. I recently purchased a dress from this store and was assured by the salesperson that I could return it the next day as long as it wasn't worn. However, when I went to return it, the salesperson was rude and refused to accept the return. It was frustrating to be treated this way after receiving a promise during the sale. I wouldn’t recommend this store based on my experience.
I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from this store. My friend and I visited to buy dresses, and we were told that as long as the items weren’t worn or exposed to perfume, we could return them with the receipt. However, when we went to return next day, we were met with an entirely different response. The staff refused to accept the return, despite the initial assurance, leaving us confused and frustrated. They became defensive and even threatened to call the police, This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered. Please consider shopping elsewhere. The problem is not even the return at this point, it is how you handle the situation which rather than being solved in a polite manner, you become aggressive and blame your customer of harassment when the customer is trying to have a normal conversation. Ridiculous and unprofessional behaviour. I honestly wouldn't recommend going to this place.
