Visited the store recently & Eishita was thoroughly helpful from purchase to billing, her suggestions and customer friendly service was commendable! The store at Vaughan Mills was entirely an opposite experience.
I had a wonderful experience at this location! Wonderful atmosphere and assortment of clothing. Nayonika was very helpful and kind in both the hunt of finding the perfect gift for my grandmother as well as cashing me out.
They've moved to a different location, and have not updated Google Maps. We went to the place only to not find it; checked with the neighbouring store and found out the hard way.
Please consider placing a staff member at the store's entrance to manage shopper flow and capacity! It would reduce a lot of confusion for shoppers who are entering the store expecting they are allowed in, but are instead being rudely told off by staff to remain outside to wait. There is no problem with waiting one's turn to enter, but there is an issue when shoppers are not given information prior to entering and being confronted about stepping inside!
Rude behavior by the staff. We were here to return some of the items bought online had to return as the sizes are more than a size above. 30 is like 34.
I was there today to exchange my clothes the lady on the counter was extremely rude. She made faces and was literally yelling. No politeness nothing. Wouldnt be surprised if this store closes down
Extremely disappointed in this store. Great selection of clothes but employees aren't wearing masks, ripped clothes at the cash out and the change rooms were absolutely disgusting. Dirt, hair and dust bunnies everywhere. Clear they're not cleaning at all.
