Terrible customer service by an Asian girl who was beyond unprofessional. She gave me a gift card instead of a cc return. I left as she was really testing my patience. Train your staff better, EN!!!
Christabel was SO AWESOME and she totally made my day! The evernew online order team messed up my item, and since the brand discontinued the dress I walked into the store with the item feeling rather disappointed especially because this dress has special meaning to me. But then i was immediately uplifted by the warm greetings of Christabel — she was SO KIND and empathetic! She went absolutely above and beyond to help me with an issue that she didn’t cause. She helped me find the EXACT original belt that goes with the dress. And then she further helped me shopping for my bridesmaid dress options. Christabel‘a ability to engage and to connect with customer on a deeper level is very impressive. Very rare to encounter genuinely kind and helpful people like Christabel. I’ve worked retail for many years and she’s definitely surpassed my level of customer service
Had the greatest experience with Maria and the other Asian female associate working with her today (description so they both get the credit). We were there for over an hour trying on various items. When there weren't sizes, they checked the back for us and then helped us order online. A dress was missing a belt so they found one for us. The online ordering took a long time as we were checking sizes for different items, but even as it was closing time, they didn't rush us or made us feel we were taking too long. Before finalizing the order, Maria confirmed we didn't need the items ASAP as Canada Post might be delayed. She didn't want us to be in a rush and not receive our items in time. By the time we finished ordering and paying for the in-store purchase, it was a bit after closing, but both of them still had a pleasant and patient demeanour. Thanks for all the help!
Poor customer service skills provided in this location (sq1). I personally love shopping at Evernew, and had recieved the Monica jacket as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately it was sold without the belt. I had noticed it after I took the tags off. Which was no problem to me because I still love the jacket. Since they sold a jacket that would be classified as a damage because it’s not in original condition I was looking for a discount due to it’s not in full condition. When arrived at the store the associate/supervisor was not friendly to deal with. Really upsetting that you purchase an item that is damaged and still receive poor customer service when they made a mistake. Least an apology would’ve been helpful to show they care about the clients that shop within their store.
Worse customer service at the Square One location. My mom visited Dec 29th. The young inexperienced sales rep was trying to cash my mom out and after several attempts with multiple credit/debit cards, it still wouldn't work. The same cards she just used at other stores in the mall may I add. The girl was making it out to be that it's my mom's fault for the cards not working when clearly it was their machine. At the end, she rudely said "you just wasted 15 mins of my time!". The attitude, the eye rolling, and the comment is uncalled for! The overall 3* rating for this store speaks volumes. I'm surprised management hasn't done anything about it. No one is ever in this store but the sales rep are never bothered to greet you when you do walk in. I will not be returning to this store or supporting this brand ever again and will definitely spread the word.
Worst customer service ever that received from this location of ever new ladies who work here are trash they don’t even bother to greet you or help you it was not even busy when I visited the store no one was intrusted to help a customer I asked if I can get a bigger size in a coat that I wanted they replied that they don’t have it in store when I asked them if they can check online and they said said sold online and everywhere they did not even bother to check or show me something alternative they just ignored me despite asking them again and again for help they just kept on ignoring me with the fake smile. I would never visit this location again after this awful customer service when I came home and checked online for the same coat that I wanted it was available online and in store as well thank you so much for wasting my time instore and ignoring me I will definitely ask my friends and family to never shop here again.
