A few days ago, I visited this store to purchase some clothing. The prices of the goods in this store are reasonable.But ,During the checkout, the young cashier’s attitude was not friendly, and her customer service was quite poor. On top of that, the security tag was left on the item, which caused me a lot of inconvenience. This situation put me in a difficult and uncomfortable position
The earring I bought from Laura is beautiful, & I it was on Sale for $15.99 before tax. I like Laura's accessories, they are very nice but they are expensive. I buy Laura's accessories only when they go on sale.
The service at Dixie was exceptional. I was catered to with great care. Every staff member made my experience very enjoyable. Knowing that I could receive good service is a good reason to return for my next future purchase. Thank you.
It’s over hyped for sale but sale is only 20% off not like 80%. I noticed most of white dresses have some stain or dirt. But v few collection of white dress. Employees are helpful
White cashier lady extremely rude and racist , my partner just brought the earring close to their ears just to see how it will look this woman came storming at them , saying excuse me you are not suppose to wear it, my partner said they were not wearing the store earrings but theirs , this white cashier lady goes like Oh my God ! Don’t you understand what I am saying, when we asked her to be kind , the white cashier said don’t you understand English Like what !!!
Wow reading the reviews, it’s sad to know other people had the same experience as me. The employees and management is rude, disrespectful and discriminatory against people with medical mask exemptions. The manager told us she doesn’t want to argue with us and told us we would have to leave the store and can shop online. We were shocked she treated us like second class citizens. She singled us out and we were embarrassed as other customers looked on. She even told us the mask poster displayed outside their store does not have an exemption section. When we looked at the poster we were shocked to see that they covered it. This poster is from the government and they tampered with it. This is highly illegal. Please educate yourself on the by-laws. Store policy is not above the law.
LOVE this store. It is a warehouse / outlet store for Laura and has some great prices (up to 80% off). The only complaint is that they have recently renovated the store, expanded it and painted it all. But that also means, they have brought in more "premium" things and reduced sizes in Laura and Laura Petite which is super inconvenient now. Great for jackets though!
