Initially refused to refund me. Yes there was dog hair (black on white-- but if the jacket was black...? Would it have been a thing?). But the whole store doesn't have a lint roller-- or prep for something like this? People who have pets exist and I had no intention of inconveniencing anyone or being inconsiderate, truly. I really did keep the jacket in a safe location until the return... Also I had bought it in November and for the months of November and December all items could be returned until January. But they said it was past the return date? The jacket itself was also shoddily made and a button fell off. And this next bit is more just general Laura grievences, but it did not look like the one on the website either. The fit was all wrong, and as an artist, I definitely have an eye (not a brag) and noticed. The last thing was the item came late-- which made it so it past the "return date" not that it should've, since the deadline is in January. It was just a mess. We ended up working things out and doing a gift card for the return which I will say made me feel a bit more "seen"... But yeah, I think I'll be off Laura for a while, just because I don't feel comfortable with this store at least and don't want to feel embarassed again... I rarely write reviews, but I felt I should share my experience...
Extremely low level of customer service experience! Negative and rude staff and vibes all around Go to any other Laura store if you are looking for great service & professional shopping experience. Highly recommend Heartland!

Rohina and Nohad were absolutely amazing!! They were so helpful and empathic to my situation. They made my exchange seamlessly and made me feel like a very valued customer even though my initial purchase was at another location. They went above and beyond customer service limits and made me so happy and eased my anxiety. These two ladies are the prime examples of what excellent customer service should be and make a non shopper like myself want to go back to their store and shop again as l know l will be treated like a VIP from start to finish! I love laura ❤ but this location never has all the collections and discounts as the one in Vaughan mills but you can just show them from the website and you're good to get them all.
My experience was wonderful! The Manager was assisting me in selecting a very special dress for a very special day. She was professional and a great listener. There was no stress, it did feel like a walk in the park, with someone who took an interest in the customer and know her job. I left Laura with full confidence in my choose with the help of Suzy. I think is quite an assist to Laura. Thank-you.
