I purchased two sets from the Square One location and returned one of them, which was eligible for return. Unfortunately, the return experience was not pleasant. I was asked multiple times why I wanted to return the item, even though returns are allowed under the store’s policy. The staff inspected the item repeatedly to make sure it wasn’t worn, then called another employee who asked the same questions and re-checked the item again. I felt uncomfortable and unnecessarily questioned, despite being a frequent customer who shops here often. The process should have been handled in a more professional and respectful manner.
Poor customer service at Square one location. The manager and the other employees are not willing to help on returns. The website says return until Jan 4th, the staff in the store said the return policy is 10 days after what day --- order date, shipping data or delivery date....... I called customer service before I arrived ,they advice me 14 days return after delivery date. They are very rude employees and give you criticism, saying comments to give you personal attack. Very disappointed

Linda is the STAR ! This Christmas would be a WONDERFUL shopping experience @ this location at the Square-1 with the excellent service by the STAR LINDA. Just like in the movie" pretty woman" Linda shows her awesome service. Linda provided undivided attention to Evette. Evette loves shopping @LAURA. Linda demonstrated success in women's shopping, not only required a fully stock shop but also need great staffs. Linda is an accomplished woman. She knows what client wants , she is intelligent. Pallvi is very helpful. I went to the store second time just because i trusted her sales techniques to get myself a convocation dress. She is very sweet and kind-hearted. Really appreciate all her service and help throughout.?
My mother bought a dress here for an event but found something she preferred elsewhere. When she tried to return the dress the sales associate informed her that it was past the return date (10 days return policy) so they could only put the money on a store credit card. After receiving the card, we remembered that day 10 of the refund window was a stat holiday so all Laura stores in Ontario were closed. We brought this up to the women working behind the desk who agreed they should have made an exemption and allowed my mother to get the $200 purchase back on her original payment method. However, they were unwilling to correct this error. As my mother and I continued to try and suggest methods in which this error could be fixed, the lady behind the counter got progressively more passive aggressive with us. We would have really liked the money to be put back on our credit card as we don't shop at this store and have now waisted $200.
I bought a blouse there several days ago and haven't worn it. Yesterday I found it has some stain on it. The manager wouldn't return or exchange it and even said they wouldn't sell something in this condition. They only care about their revenue, not the customers. So don't buy things here unless you are 120% sure you don't need any customer service later.
