I went into this location for an item size exchange. Was helped out by Virginia. What a wonderful experience. She was courteous, very helpful and super fast in tracking other pieces I was interested in purchasing. Virginia helped me buy two lovely tops in matter of minutes - no hassle, no hesitation. She os very professional and friendly and most of well delivered quickly. An absolute delight! She is a great asset to the fashion industry and Laura companies! I wish her only the best in her future career! Thank you for making for such a wonderful experience, Virginia. I will be bacl!
I highly recommend this store in heartland the lady there Prabha is so friendly and really helpful and help you with decision and today they have 25% off such a good deal I bought a dress and saved on my purchase.
Disappointing experience with product return within 2 days of purchase while they insist not to refund the payment but to issue a store credit which is totally unacceptable because they force me to purchase again from the same Laura store that I already have a bad experience. The Heartland, Mississauga’s store manager Virginia has been reluctant to support despite it was possible but she insisted to break the trust between customers and Laura brand. WARNING: customers to be careful with purchases from LAURA stores, easy purchase but hard refund!!’
I do not see the Canadians in Mississauga that I use to see. I have been shopping at Lauras for 20 years and its not the same. I just bought 2 items, and I felt like i was being in a competition. I miss the old Laura and the staff. Also, I was trying to ask how long the items are on sale for and she couldnt understand me.
Nice variety of clothes but expensive. Even the clothes on sale were expensive. Customer service was not that great as asked a sales person for something I liked they did not have it but she got me something and just gave me and left not ready to assist with anything else. Overall did not have a good vibe at the place.
Salesperson and cashier were both very helpful by accommodating exchange and finding clothing to suit me; recognizing COVID-19 has curtailed our ability to shop in person.
A BIG Thank You to Judy!!!! She's a sales associate at this location, who took approximately 3 hours to find my receipt in there system so that I could get a full refund!
