I was extremely impressed with the friendly customer service of Rashida and Jacqueline at Cleo Erin Mills Town Centre. Rashida offered helpful advice in coordinating an updated fall outfit for me. The friendly customer service from Hanna and Jacqueline was really nice and they took extra to helped me to match my outfit together. Hanna noticed I had pain on my knees and she helped me to sort out what I was going to buy while I was sitting down. I love this store and would recommend anyone to go there. I had to go to this store to pick up an online Ricki’s order. The store didn’t seem to have a coordinated or even polished look. There were random Ricki’s items on a rack. But that was it. It was evident they are trying their best to restructure. Unfortunately, based on treatment and updated policies - no more price adjustments- and the inability to connect with a person to adjust the price or cancel before shipping- adjustments - I won’t be shopping at either Ricki’s or Cleo.
Very good quality( much better than Amazon) and although the upfront cost may be more than amazon, it lasts A LOT longer and looks better for longer ( overall better quality)therefore cheaper in the long run. Great styles! Usually have some good sales, my go to place to buy clothes!
I have loved shopping at Cleo and have been doing so from past 15-20 years. I find that the quality of their stuff is really good and styles are timeless. I am able to incorporate my old clothes easily with couple of new pieces to create the look of the season while staying well in the budget. Their staff is also highly informed of the new trends and really helpful.
Absolutely phenomenal service from Nicole! I came into the store feeling discouraged as I had already visited several stores with absolutely no luck in finding something suitable for a corporate Christmas party. Nicole went out of her way to help me, bringing over several dresses for me to try. The dress I ultimately went with was one I had not noticed before, and had Nicole not found it, I likely wouldn't have made a purchase. She was super fun and upbeat! She deserves a raise!
