Went to this hotel because my flight got canceled. I would say i was impressed, it's one of the modern sky scraper buildings of a Hilton Garden inn not like their usual theme. It's at a very good location and was perfect for the airport. Its a new construction ans has a modern outlook. To top it all was the service. I was a bit grumpy because of the flight delay followed by cancellation. But hotel assistant Bhavisha was very welcoming. My status with hotel was recognized and was given an upgrade. Also, they made sure to check with me if everything was fine with my room and if I needed anything else after checking in. And they were very willing to get a feedback on my stay to improve their services, which is a positive.
The Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport was better than the 3 star rating. The lobby area was very well decorated and had a nice feel to it. The rooms match the prices we paid they were comfortable but a bit dated. The breakfast was a buffet style and was delicious. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
All airport hotels are usually the same but I am so happy to give 5 stars to this Garden Inn because of their great staff. Everybody has been making sure our stay is flawless and its so rare that they do deserve recognition! Great job!!!
Excellent place to stay for a trade show. The restaurant and lobby and bar are all recently renovated and are very nice. The room will need an overhaul in the next couple of years. The parking lot control system always seem to be malfunctioning each time I am there.
Excellent all the way around. Great restaurant that serves fantastic breakfast buffet (including egg station with chef), great staff, clean room, very modern and comfortable lobby to kill time until your flight time. I would definitely stay here again.
