Our family of 5 stayed in their 2 bed room suite which was perfect for our 4 night stay. Kids had a wonderful time using the pool every night. Rooms are clean, staff friendly and helpful, and their breakfast hit the spot every morning (some items change daily). I would recommend this place as its central to Downtown Toronto (35 minutes) and Niagara Falls (60 minutes).
We had wonderful stay. Only thing that was not good was ac unit by bed. Overall we enjoyed. Breakfast was very good. Parvez and Andrew were very hospitable.
Newly renovated. Super friendly and professional staff. Andrew at front desk is friendly and always super helpful to all my questions and inquiries. Loving the experience so far. Trang was super quick at responding to my emails and messages. Thank you for making our home away from home experience so cozy and stress free.
I was visiting overnight guests. The rooms we're beautiful, roomy and clean. There were 2 nice sized rooms (one bed each) and 2 bathrooms, a seating area and kitchette (full fridge, stove, microwave dishwasher and dishes). It's in the middle of office buildings though so rush hour can get busy if you are driving anywhere.
Hotel stay was great. The hotel itself was standard Residence Inn quality. However, all the staff were super friendly and accommodating. I'll certainly stay here again on my next trip.
