Rooms are large and generous. Staff is very helpful and quick. Called the front desk twice and was given prompt and friendly help both times. Would recommend.
Great location for our needsCheck in was efficient and pleasant.The room was a good size but a very small bathroom. The tub had several stains in it which made it appear dirty. Everything else about the room was spotless.
It was a simple hotel. The room was fine. The fridge didn't have a freezer part and didn't get really cold either. They did have a free breakfast and parking lot. We tend to be pretty picky about hotels, so it means something when we stay overnight at one. We were a bit hesitant at first because it faintly smelled of smoke in the lobby the night we arrived and the hallway to our room smelled like a really strong air freshener was in the vents. But the room didn't smell bad, and the lobby was fine in the morning. Overall, a fine hotel for a last minute stay.
Currently living in the Hotel rn and I have absolutely no idea why the reviews are so bad. It's amazing. I'm personally not paying for it, as my company has paid for the hotel for over a month. I'm staying here for over 2 weeks and I've lived in many hotels. This is by far amongst my top 5. The people are extremely friendly, kind, and offer consistently great services. I shall update this review after I have stayed the full course!
Traveled 18 hours, arrived late (2am-ish) the front-desk worker had to go upstairs to see if room was clean and ready (we had booked this room many many hours in advance. One elevator was out of service. The orientation lacked. Please explain to guests hat you serve breakfast and the breakfast times. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. The biscuits, eggs and sausages (both pork and turkey) was very dry, the pancake machine was out of order. Pros- very comfortable beds and pillows, clean nice rooms. They have keurig machines and coffee pods. However, they were all decaf pods. Suggestion: have bottled water for your guests, even if they are the small ones. Would have been a nice gesture and a much-needed drink to have especially after a late check in. Water costs less than coffee pods.
