Nothing fancy. There was a bug in the room. The walls were clearly never cleaned as there was marks, sticky areas, and obvious grime on them. The floor wasn't swept very well. The bed was okay. One towel for two people. The pillows needed to be replaced asap. Non smoking room smelt terribly of cigarettes. The staff was nice though.
Rooms aren't cleaned very well. Bedding is nasty. Bed spreads only get washed when soiled. Mattresses need updating. God knows what lives inside the box spring. They should consider cleaning their curtains, once in a while. I feel things walking on me , in my eyes, hair, nose, but I don't see them...some sort of mite ! This while building needs to be gassed, to kill everything, I feel walking on me. Hotels are the dirtiest, full of millions of germs & mites. Yuk !
Upon check in was informed I was given a smoking room. I booked online and was informed by front desk clerk that there were no special instructions listed in notes section. She said she would upgrade the room for me. The room that I was upgraded to had a smaller bed and was dirty and there were spider webs in the corner. I went to local drugstore and bough Lysol wipes and cleaned myself. Would not recommend it!
Very nice and quiet place to stay. The rooms were clean and you can request to be in a room with a fridge. The biggest thing for me is to have clean rooms which we got. I would definitely stay here again whenever I go back to the area. The location is also great as it is right beside a number of grocery stores and a gas station. There were tons of restaurants to choose from that were a short drive away.
We booked the room for 3pm Sunday but they weren't able to check us in until 4pm. Then front desk kind of gave us a hard time. The rooms were very clean. Check out time was great. All the cleaners I ran into in the hallway were awesome! Friendly and helpful. I had a great time.
