Nothing wrong, but hotel isn't great either.... They state they have a gym, but only have a few dumbbells and treadmills. The "hot tub" was cooler than the average bath water. As for food, they do have one open concept eatery in the lobby. Can't comment on the food, as the prices were to high for me, so I went elsewhere to eat. Then there was the wonderful reminder of how close the hotel is to the airport, as the planes fly right overhead allowing you to bask in the their acoustic ambience. That all aside, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and I had tv/microwave/fridge/internet. So not all bad.
The service have been really good for the weekend. Check-in and check-out went fast at night and in the morning respectively. The area is nice and quiet. In addition, there are many restaurants nearby that closes after midnight which helped us get food late at night.
Nice Hotel, very clean, very business. Smells good and the inside looks nicely renovated. Beds are comfy. If you want entertainment you will have to drive or Cab as there isn't too much within walking distance for entertainment and food.
My wife and I came to the Hilton Garden Inn on Traders Blvd with our grandson who was playing in a field hockey tournament in Mississauga. In the words of our grandson our stay at your hotel was "awesome" He loved the waffles for breakfast and the swimming pool as well as the comfy bed.But we were really impressed by the friendliness of your staff and their willingness to go the extra mile for their guests. When we left the power cord for our computer in the room when we left, it just took a single phone call and the cord was quickly sent to us in the mail.We were impressed and will be back.Shirley and Frank Claydon
I would rate my visit 6 out of 10. The gentleman at the check in was uninviting. His attitude was: lets get this over quickly, he was very unpleasant. The room was clean, however I would get rid of the carpet, it feels unsanitary.The bed was to soft for my liking, but that is personal. I would suggest that one of the pillow should be firm and the other soft as opposed to both very soft.Thank you
