Check in was easy. Room was clean. Close to airport and great for a quick overnight. Free breakfast is catered and starts at 6am. Free airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes to and from the airport. It runs every 30 min after 12am (not sure till when). I didn't have to schedule my shuttle - had to go to a specific numbered pole outside of arrivals and the shuttle came.
Nice hotel close the highway so very easy to find and when it's time to leave only a few minutes and you are on your way home. The rooms are very clean and quiet considering you are so close to the airport. It would be better if it had its own restaurant and bar, but the shuttle will take you to the sister hotel that has the turtle Creek restaurant which is very good. The breakfast is not very good, I would stick to the bagels or cereal, something they don't cook. Overall are very pleasant stay
I'm an avid hotelier, and I must say the room was fairly impeccable and definitely exceeded my standards. The location is obviously great being in such close proximity to the airport and amenities obviously. And I cant say I have any qualms about the service.
Pretty standard Hilton Inn & Suites. We had a double queen room which was tiny. We had friends who got A MUCH larger room at the same price, so it probably pays to ask for the bigger room. They offered our group a complimentary conference while there, which was nice. My son got a water from the store in the lobby, and when he tried to charge back to the room, they just let him have it for free. Staff was mostly very nice. Room was clean. Close to the airport for overnight travelers, but didn't hear a single plane take off or land. Breakfast was pretty mediocre but free.
The hotel room I had was very comfortable and well appointed, and the in-room amenities were of good standard. The bed was great to sleep on. I also particularly liked how the shower curtain rail is bowed outwards to stop the shower curtain from attacking you while you shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which was particularly good as I was so overtired. While the hotel doesn't have onsite facilities for eating in the evening, staff provided me with takeout options and information on nearby eateries. The hotel shuttle was very useful and proximity to the airport is great. It is unfortunate that the pool in the hotel closes at 9pm, even though the gym stays open. While I was there, I missed the opportunity to swim as a result, and the gym was too busy with children to be of any use. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.
