The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the variety of pillows provided would meet anyone's preference and the water pressure in the bathroom was good and strong. The included breakfast includes both hot and cold options and all were fresh and tasty. My only small complaint was finding no stopper for the bathtub drain, and upon asking for one being told none were in any of the rooms because of a previous "incident". I will stay here again on my next Toronto trip because of the above and the excellent price that went with it. I strongly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a reasonable price with nothing to complain about!
Helpful and friendly staffs. The bed is clean and comfortable. Restaurant and breakfast are available in house.There is free shuttle bus to and from airport. Just about 10-minute drive from Toronto Airport. Good choice for a short stop for flight transfer.
Great rates, clean and comfortable room with comfy beds and good air conditioning units. The water pressure was good in the bath/shower and the staff were friendly and helpful. The included hot breakfast was varied and tasty. Only two odd items. One, there was no stopper for the tub, and when we asked for one were told they had all been removed from the hotel because of an "incident". Yet the next day in our absence the stopper was installed. Two, at the desk we were given coupons for money off a meal at the restaurant, but were told the bar & restaurant were served by the same kitchen. We went to the bar, but had to walk across the hotel to order (and to pay) at the restaurant but we were served in the bar. Just an odd system, but the food and service were both great. Will definitely stay here again!
I had a great 1 night stay here. The location was ideal, the room was comfortable and clean and came with everything you'd expect. The staff are lovely and even though there's no elevator at the property, I got plenty of help carrying my plethora of luggage up and down the stairs. I'd definitely stay again. Excellent value for money too.
It was lovely for a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and drop us off on our schedule time, the driver was very nice and professional. The check in was fast. Our room was clean with free WiFi and everything to make our night comfortable. In the morning we had quite a selection of breakfast items to choose from. I was really pleased with the level of service we received after a long day of travel with a young family.
