Best hotel in the area! Loved it! Extremely clean, very friendly staff and management. Great breakfast! Pet friendly! We stayed for 5 days. I highly recommend this place. We have stayed at others in the area nothing compares to this Admiral.
Nice and affordable hotel just around the corner of North Sheridan Way and Leanne Blvd. Neat and tidy rooms, great layout and settings with cool staff. Hot tub, pool and gym areas are nicely located within. Stayed here for about 2 weeks on a work trip. I wish the breakfast weren't so repetitive though. I will definitely be back.
While visually on the outside the building is nice. Landscaping was appealing. The front desk was pleasant during the check in. Our room was what looked clean at a glance. But the blankets were stained; and while we were asleep we were woken up to ear wigs biting us. When we talked to the front desk upon checkout- we were told that it was not an issue.
UPDATE: After the hotel heard about our family's experience, the hotel owner contacted me was very nice and contacted me to resolve the issue as best he can._____________________As soon as we entered the hotel, the smell of chlorine was pretty evident! It's usually not that strong with other hotels in the main lobby. Perhaps the cleaning solution used to clean the hotel should be changed to contain less chlorine in general.The hotel lacked extra mugs and proper containers, which we could have used to better wash and hold our grapes and fruits we bought from the store. We were a little surprised that we found only grab some styrofoam cups or small glass cups in the main lobby.We didn't have a great rest as the AC unit was too loud.
This hotel is charming. It was easy to find off the highway. My room was great and comfortable. I love it when rooms come with fridges and microwaves and this room had that. Staff was friendly and kind. The breakfast buffet was well done. I spoke with the cook because her bacon was perfect and her scrambled eggs were creamy and delicious. A great variety of items. I highly recommend this hotel.
