Very unprofessional, I dont know how this company keeps resetting its reviews to 5 star its definitely a 2 star company. The woman running it is very rude and careless, will go above and beyond to protect the company workers even when they are completely wrong. I used to use this company for 3 of my properties but a few years ago our furnace went out and it was -16C in the dead of winter in our home, at the time had a newborn and the audacity of this woman saying it would take them WEEKS to send someone out and being so rude. I will suggest for anyone who reads this DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
My furnace broke down and needed to be replaced, Convertible air and heating was so responsive and quick turnaround with great customer service. Installers were professional and did a great job. I will recommend them to my friends and family.
Anthony was down to earth with our situation and made the entire process pleasant and painless. He was timely and gave us plenty of notice for when he'd arrive. Explaining our situation and presenting options was greatly appreciated. The price was great too. 10/10 would have him service again. Thank you!
