Great experience all around!! A very nice guy came by my house after I booked an appointment, he was very informative and gave me all the information I needed on my furnace and water heater, me and my wife were very pleased how well he explained everything. We ended up getting a new furnace, tankless water heater and a heat pump, the technicians came the next day and got everything installed quickly and left everything clean.

Edit: I wish i could give 0 stars. I drove to my mom's to see the work they did. They installed the condenser unit in the DRIVEWAY!! They installed 2 a/c units on the ground floor which is overkill. Needs 1 upstairs 1 downstairs. The hot water heater has been installed incorrectly and can't get the system working after 4 visits. We emailed to cancel the contract within the 10 day cooling off period and they came back with another offer. $12,100 plus tax instead of the $28,000 quoted. Absolutely disgusted that they are allowed to stay in business ----------------------------------------- I’m sharing this review to help others make informed decisions. My family recently had a very troubling experience with Maher Heating & Cooling. They sold my mother two wall-mounted AC units with a condenser, plus an on-demand hot water unit. After speaking with multiple HVAC professionals and checking typical market prices, we learned that these systems would normally be in the range of $6,000. However, Maher Heating & Cooling charged $28,245.48 for the same equipment plus installation. What made the situation even more concerning was the contract, which was missing key details about the financing terms. This left my mom unaware of crucial information she should have had before signing. The pricing and lack of transparency made the entire process feel predatory, especially toward someone who trusted the company to guide her honestly. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend that others proceed with extreme caution. Make sure you get multiple quotes, compare prices, and carefully review every part of the contract—especially the financing—before agreeing to anything. I hope this helps prevent anyone else from going through a similar situation.
I had a natural gas leak in our house. Technician from Maher (Tahir) came and fixed the issue. He was very thorough and fix the issue in a timely and professional manner. Reasonable price as well. Would def recommend.
