I needed to replace my tankless hot water heater. I did my research and decided to go with a Rinnai. I went on the Rinnai website and found several installers in my area. I chose Four Seasons and I'm glad I did. After calling, sales rep Dinesh probably visited my home and helped me choose the correct model "RU199N". He was very informative and knew the product well. The next day, a crew of three men headed up by Kam showed up on schedule and completed the installation in three hours. The crew was professional and did the job to my satisfaction. They also cleaned up after themselves. After running the new tankless hot water heater for a day I am totally satisfied with this product and the installation.

We were invited to visit the showroom so that we could see exactly which units we were considering. At the showroom we were welcomed by Vanessa who was also very helpful. The installers, Reza and his team, were punctual and efficient. Drop sheets were placed where needed. To sum up, our experience with Four Seasons Air Control was professional from beginning to end.
