Glors Heating was able to make a service call on short notice, and showed and explained why a new furnace was needed. A few days later the new furnace was ready to be installed and Bryce and Mike were quick and professional during the install. The whole install took 3-4 hours and the new furnace worked right away without issue. Highly recommend and will use them again for any other furnace/ airconditioning problems I have in the future!

Mr. Patel tried to see is a technician could come out on Saturday evening itself. From the very beginning, Mr Patel’s customer service was excellent—he was prompt, professional, and incredibly responsive. Mr. Patel came out on a Sunday, which I really appreciated. He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and clearly explained what was going on and what my options were. I never felt pressured, and the solution he recommended was both effective and affordable. The work was completed efficiently. The technician's communication was very good, came on time and finished his work in the expected time hour, and explained to us the details what was done for the maintenance. Price is very reasonable.(2021 Oct) We have been using this company for maintenance since 2018. Every time I get different technician, but all of them are polite and punctual. This time we had a water leak. I called them in the morning and Patel came in the afternoon to check. He was quick to detect the problem and answered all my questions with patience and details. Next day Bryce came with the new parts and replaced it in the time frame they mentioned beforehand. He was young but polite, good hard working man.
