I highly recommend AVIS for any HVAC issue or renovation. Shaan and Neel did a great job solving our problem. During our basement renovation we wanted to move our furnace, water tank, HRV, and softener. They came up with a solution that made the best use of space in the utility room and gave us the extra storage we needed. They also made sure the disruption to our AC and water during the day was minimal.
Excellent Experience! I called Avis when my old air conditioner was giving me problems. Shan came by my home that very same afternoon to diagnose the issue. We needed a new unit as this one was outdated and unable to be repaired. We were quoted a good price on a Lennox air conditioner AND they were able to come out and install it the very next day. They arrived promptly and were very respectful to be sure to keep my home clean. A team of 3 gentlemen showed up and were able to get my new AC up and running in no time. Cannot be happier with the service and with Avis. I will definitley recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you for making this a painless experience Avis!!

Shankar and Neelan fixed my furnace within a day, during a winter storm. I was desperate for a replacement and they were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. My house is now warm and protected. A huge relief- highly recommend AVIS HVAC.

Initially, there was a scheduling misunderstanding, which resulted in the tech not showing up. However, I was contacted by the tech the next day. He showed up an hour later and serviced my AC. I have no complaints about the service.
