This location is awesome. I have to admit sometimes I see a very messy wash room but that is soly due to the heavy volume of users and that's quite understandable. Apart from that the staff really do their best to clean the washrooms as often. I often use the shower at this location and I must say that the staff really do their best to make feel like home. Thank you bvd Mississauga for making us feel comfortable on the road.?????
Service is horrible for trucker. Paid for shower asked to wait for for 15 min. But they were not ready even after 30 min. No parking available since most truckers park bobtail and leave
Attendant refused to give product for my truck cuz he was mopping the floor . This is unacceptable, unfriendly and unprofessional service. Don’t know how many time in day they refuse customers to stupid reasons
They are too lazy to work!!!! I've asked for a shower, and they said all showers are busy, but not even one was in use.... they hoped I would go because they don't want to clean one or even too work.... very bad place... you should avoid it to come here!!!
I’m writing to address an unacceptable experience I had around 4:30 AM during the early morning shift. The employee on duty—a turban-wearing gentleman—refused to let me access the fridge to grab some milk, claiming the area had been mopped. This makes absolutely no sense. I’ve been driving since 5 PM the previous day, and stopping to buy milk for dinner should not have been an issue. My shoes were clean, and I only needed a few seconds to pick up what I came for. Denying access to customers over something so trivial is ridiculous and shows a complete lack of customer service. I expect the manager, supervisor, or other relevant authorities to take action regarding this incident. Cleaning schedules should not interfere with basic customer needs. Situations like this are unacceptable and should be handled more professionally moving forward. Thank you.
Using shower here third time . Same unclean shower. When asked to get it cleaned, was told to wait for 20 minutes. Not professional attitude. Don’t recommend others to use shower here .
Was great the first few times but now have waited over an hour for a shower but they keep claiming they haven't been cleaned yet. I'm sick of waiting. Maybe hire more employees or just have one that just keeps the showers cleaned. Also sick of the attitude I got when asking if they will be cleaned at all tonight. Not happy with this petro pass location.
