Worst experience ever seriously i wasted my 20 mins there for car wash. Car is not even cleaned properly and the lady she was busy in fixing her lashes omg
Bold guy that work here doesn't help with car wash issue I told him door doesn't open after I use the shell refuse to listen. This is the only location that doesn't help please training your staff
on Friday November 7th 2025 at 5:10. I went to the gas station to purchase $30 gas and a $5 scratch ticket. I couldn’t find my debit card. I only had 2 $100 bill. That very rude girl told me that she doesn’t have change. She opened her drawer and showed me a $50 bill and a $100 bill. Really? This gas station is a very busy location. I told her that I need gas because of my empty light being on. She once again told me I don’t have change. It was getting very busy so I told her I will wait. In a very rude tone she said “ If you want to that’s up to you.” I then asked her if she thinks it’s fake” She once again in I rude manner” Did I tell you that”. I always go to this gas station. The older lady who I usually get when I go to buy my lottery around 1 pm is such a sweet heart. Very friendly treats everyone with respect. At 5:15 pm no change only showed me a $50 and a $100 dollar bill. Come on. She needs to be retrained. I would never go back there during her time. If I see her. I will just go across the street to the next one. I am pretty sure this wasn’t her first complaint and it won’t be the last. As long as she keeps getting away with it. I am fuming mad. Insulted me like that
Today at 11:56 Name Chirag. Customer service is important, but listening to music on the job, hands-free, always in the ear. I expect better customer service and proper supervision at Shell stations.
All the price very high like rocket and they mix very smart not everybody very stupid so the price always I see $.10 is different from thegas station
Terrible experience at this gas station. I wasted over 5 minutes just trying to pay for my gas — their system is frustrating, with no option to pre-select the amount at the pump. I called for assistance, and the staff (an older lady) was extremely rude and very difficult to understand. Instead of helping, she kept pointing to the window and demanding I come inside. At that point, I gave up and simply drove across the street to the Esso station, where the service was quick, professional, and hassle-free. Save yourself the trouble and go there instead.
Very poor customer service. I went to this gas station to buy car oil and tried to pay with a $100 bill. The person at the counter responded with a bad attitude, saying they had no change — like it was my fault. If I need something and you don’t have change, what am I supposed to do? No solutions were offered, and the attitude was completely unnecessary. Really disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back.
