I am writing to express my concern regarding the customer service I received during my recent visit. Unfortunately, the staff member she is Indian I interacted with was unprofessional, lacked basic customer service skills, and did not communicate in a respectful or helpful manner. I felt dismissed and unsupported, which caused unnecessary stress. I believe this situation could be improved with proper customer service training, especially in communication and customer care. I hope management will review this matter to ensure better service for future customers. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
Pumps are modern, clean, and reliable, and pay-at-the-pump works smoothly. The convenience store is tidy and carries all the usual essentials — snacks, drinks, and car fluids — which is useful for travelers making quick stops. Gas prices are average for the area, and the air pump and windshield stations are usually in good condition. Staff have always been polite and efficient, making it a quick and easy refueling stop near the airport.
The station has really bad customer service, the two lady workers at cashier really don’t care about anything. They don’t allow customer use washroom, every time I ask keep saying it’s out of service, it’s like that for years. And even I seen other cars having car wash service, when it comes to me saying I can’t. This not acceptable at all. Shell should hire more people serving workers especially at airports. They represent our country to other nation.
Terrible service. Made me wait 40 minutes for a car wash. The employee mentioned they are cleaning the car was which could take 20mins but in reality was 40 minutes. the guy kept washing outside the car wash for 15 minutes. Looked like he was just spraying water over and over into the ground. And they were closing in another 30mins.
Clearly these guys don’t want people to use washroom. They said closed for cleaning and would take around hour to do so. Just came back after couple of hours after dropping my friends at airport, the sign still says cleaning and front counter was rude enough. I would suggest to fuel it up in Petro canada thats exactly opposite to shell, they were friendly and offer washrooms to customers always. Hope this helps for people using gas station nearby airport.
The washroom is unusable, or same sort of crap I here I visit there every time. Its been a year that I am visiting this place as its near to Airport and I drive Uber since last year there washroom is always closed. They just keep it close so they don't have to clean it. The owner will go on every review and reply with kind words but will do nothing. If its really not working just change the Plumber, you will get a lot of options if you just type "Plumbers near me".
Every time I come to this Shell on airport road, the washroom is out out of order, i payed for gas 80$ and I can’t use the washroom, it is not good it is not customer service, you should your policy, it is the customer right, please do attention on this , if you didn’t pay attention we should go to the city and let them know.
