Under new management with terrible and rude staff. Especially the short Indian guy on the night shift, no smile and very unpleasant to deal with. We loved the previous staff, but new people have no personality or customer service skills.
Before you guys go here just know that even if its 24hrs no one is really there to help u out i stop there almost every other day to get a drink if you go after 1 am the guy is always hiding in the back or washroom doesn’t matter how much you knock he is not coming to help i stood there 35 minutes i saw him at the back i knocked to get his attention but he wont come . Also door is locked at night so i can’t get in to grab something
been comming here for way too many years and to thus date they never improve the speed of these pumps. we fill our fleet with diesel here and the diesel pumps pump way yy to slow. imagine filling up 200 liters and sitting for 10-15 minutes where other gas stations take 3..
My husband & I go to this Shell Gas Station for gas and our lottery tickets. We had the opportunity to be served by Ankur and Amit, they're both helpful, polite and provide excellent customer service. As well the store is always clean, including the washroom. Keep up the great work guys. Thank u.??
Night time employee (Old Guy) was so rude and he didn’t give me my chance completely. I asked my change and he said this is your punishment. I asked him second time and finally he gave me my chance. He is stealing people's money. I’ll never go again..
Very bad customer service. The employee told me he couldn't do the refund and asked me to come tomorrow to speak to the manager. Called the customer service and again bad service and attitude of the person in the line and i have found out that employee at gas station was lying to me that he cannot do the refund . Stay away if you want to avoid problems..
Night time employee is super scary amd rude. Me and my girl walked in and he was screaming asking what we want. After letting us inside he kept on watching us while we shope for few items. It was such weird experience
