The man working at the 2. cashier is very rude and disrespectful. He does not represent the Shell brand well. He should learn how to speak to customers first
This is worst car wash experience I ever have. I washed my car twice but the result was same. Car did not get clean properly. Navneet who was working at this station not even interested to give proper resolution to our problem.
Sunday August 15,2024 - 11:30pm I filled my gas tank and had to go the washroom. To my surprise, it was locked and the bald guy, wouldn’t even give me the courtesy to use the washroom for a quick second. Add to that, he comes to the door and starts laughing. Most Shell’s actually give you the courtesy, and it wasn’t even 12am yet, and many other gas stations are open door policy in the surrounding areas. I filled up at this gas station frequently, and the other employees were often courteous enough from time to time. As long as the bald guy with the old silver Corolla is still working there, I’ll go fill my gas at surrounding gas stations !!!
Usually this shell gas station location has reasonably priced gas compared to the surrounding area. Tried their touchless car wash. My car was due for a good clean. For $12.99 + tax (basic wash) it did a job well done. It cleaned the majority of the brake dust on 3/4 of my rims/tires. Only one rim was not cleaned 100%. The lady working there doesn’t understand customer service and is very abrupt in her approach. If you don’t want to interact with the staff download the SHELL app and connect your CAA membership for extra rewards & discounts. There is usually pumps available so no need to wait a long time to fill up. Close to the highway for easy access. I included a list of the types of petrol they offer and amenities available at this location. Car wash = 4/5 Gas prices = 4/5 Customer Service = 1/5
Worst car wash i ever had. Tried the new car wash at this location and didn’t clean my car properly and i showed it to the employee he said the system is not working right now you can give a visit tomorrow . The next day gave a visit I found another employee this time and he said I don’t have any instructions and told me to come another day. In short the car wash is not worth it because i choose the top one and still didn’t get the top of the car clean properly.
Very lousy service. I went up to the cash register with a drink and wanted to buy gas. The lady behind the counter tried rushing me out, and I had to interrupt her conversation to ask if I could prepay. Then, after she handed me my change, she turned away without handing me my receipt. After standing for a moment awkwardly, she turned back, noticed I was waiting, handed me my receipt, and said, "Say something next time!" Do yourself a favour and head down the street to another station where they actually have some respect for patrons.
Went here at 3:30pm today. When my card got declined when I tried to fill, the cashier spoke some words on the speaker which I didn't understand. I then tried to get to the counter to pay, then she replied "Don't move, I didnt asked you to move." I still went inside, at that time she was all calm in telling me that their system wasn't working. Customer service 4/10 because she was polite when I approached her face to face.
