Worst gas station attendant ever! The employee was so rude. He was on a ipad turned his back towards me the whole conversation. They don't fix the tap on their tire inflator trying to trick us to withdraw $20 from their convenience Store atm and then they can break the $20 What if someone don't have physical card on them? And with that attitude no one can work in customer service. If you are looking for a convenience store is one is very far from "convenience". Big L to the gas station attendant!
Huge pothole like 6 inches right in front of the store where manager passes every day I assume; it does not bother them I guess, now I need alignment on my front end cause of that.
Worst petro can around pumps always in french and when you ask why they say its out of there control and the people working there dont even acknowledge your existence to busy playing on there cell phone
Watch out for the guy begging for change sneaking up on you at the pump. Not sure why the station staff don’t call police or attempt to deal with the matter. Very unsafe feeling
purchase a Petro Canada gift card for a birthday gift when I was visiting Toronto at this DIXIE location. the employee working at 16:20 on 2022-06-03 stole my money and did not load the gift card. now I have to go through an extensive process with head office to have this resolved. if I could give you 0 stars I would and if you could train your employees better you could earn some stars from future customers.
i was being threatened by the owner for using the washroom.. he told his employees to note down my details. he was being very rude , arrogant.. he told me that he will call the cops for no reason. very very poor service by the owner. you get to know how they treat their customer. i used to come there regularly but now i won’t be going back. would suggest everyone to go somewhere else.
I Purchased gas last week, but when I was put it in I can see nothing coming out of the pump at least $5 or 6 $. I immediately complaint to the casher and she give me the business card of the manager and told me to call him monday I called on Monday Mr. Saumil Ghauhan he was horrible customer service and he told me the pump was working , I feel very disappointed!! I'm customer for long time my husband also @ Petro Canada . I ask him to give me the petro Canada head office number he refused, but I Google and I called the head office the was a good customer service , they took my complaint. I will still buying always gas @ Petro Canada. but not more @ this location 3380 dixie. I want the head office redress this situation . Thank you the head office customer service
