Watch the till / check your receipt. I was over charged on 3 drinks. I went back to double check and the lady ripped the price tags off the drinks fridge. She was not able to give me a refund on card the way I paid, was only offering rounded down cash amount. Why should I loose 72 cents. . . I eneded up having to buy somthing to get a discount to get my money back for their error. Waste of time coming back.
This girl on video call talking in foreign language when I ask her to put down the phone ,she got so upset. I better take my business somewhere else. These is not Canadian values.

It's not about the rude. it's all about how busy the gas station is. They have to see Trucker also. Costumer need to be polite too. i love this gas station with an amazing view and the sound of aircraft. Good neighborhood with quick grabs snack, lunch, and breakfast. Respected owners and helpful staff. Simran was an amazing Help us a lot. Appreciate.
The cashier said this truck gas station is just for fueling you cannot use washroom or anything. Just fuel up and leave no other. Zero customer service. Even i just started to walkin the store. She just came and told me to leave. Even i told i have use washroom and grab water bottle. Dont fuel up from here.
I Was told to park to on the street without knowing i am esso customer or not. (Truck) She refused service and told not to come to esso. As she assumed i am going to tim hortons and not in esso. Great customer service.
Not even 1 star for the owner very rude ....no one is allowed to park there for even 5 mins untill unless you are a custmer for this esso...racist.....you need to work on your language.
