Went there on an early morning to fill up my gas and grab something, but it was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Avoid it at any cost. The reviews you see are absolutely true and genuine
That place is the worst for customer service. Avoid it if you can. Entire staff is rude especially the Gas attendance very rude. And don’t have any knowledge about the place with regard to commercial vehicles. After trying to get some information from a transaction I was doing there. She got so rude and aggressive with me as if she was the owner of the place. This was more than one occasions. They tell you to go somewhere else if you don’t like their service. I couldn’t belive this is Canada. You would think everyone wants as much business as they can get in this economy. But no they are telling you to go somewhere else. I was like really. Then she said yes don’t come back here we dont need your business. There was no swearing at her was not rude. All because she kept asking me the same question over and over. And I said I don’t understand why you’re not getting what I’m saying. And I ask why are you being this rude instead of just try to understand what I’m asking you. I also ask if can I talk to a manager she said no.
you can fill up with diesel here for 1000 dollars and you won't be able to stand here for a couple of hours - they'll throw you out. thanks, I'll never come here again and I don't recommend it to anyone!
It’s a large gas station with subway inside it. It’s open even around 12 am which is very good. The restrooms are maintained well is seldom these days. It also has decent collection of automobiles accessories too and I found unique things such as large diesel cans which might be useful for truckers.
I’m a regular customer who comes in weekly, have always had positive experiences—friendly, polite staff, usually well-spoken. However, today’s experience was very different and disappointing. The cashier girl on duty at around 4:45 PM on July 18th was unusually rude. While she seemed educated, her communication skills were zero . Raised voice and spoke in a harsh tone. Despite my efforts to de-escalate and ask her not to be rude, her attitude only worsened it was even out. I couldn’t understand the source of her frustration. It’s unfortunate to see her nd her negativity. I sincerely request that the management looks into this issue. The station operates smoothly, and it would be a shame to disrupt good business with such behavior at the front desk. I hope this message reaches the right people, and appropriate steps are taken.
Good location on Goreway. Only confusing thing is the sign says Esso but the receipt says Pioneer... and on my last visit it did not let me enter my Optimum points number... are they changing brands?
The gas pumps for regular cars are way too close together. They don't have enough room for the next pump if someone wanted to get gas, car won't fit at all. At a regular gas station you can easily fit 2 or more cars to pump gas in between the pumps at this new store you can't. Next time I go I will definitely take pictures of the pumps!!!
