I recently brought three new Toboggan Canada winter coats — red, white, and gray — to this dry cleaner and paid $189.67 for the service. While the coats were generally cleaned, I still noticed a few light storage stains and a faint feather smell afterward. However, the main issue was with my gray coat. When I got home and inspected it, I found that about two inches of stitching at the front bottom of the coat had come undone, and the logo area was also affected. I called the store to ask about it, and the lady I spoke with said she hadn’t noticed the issue. She also mentioned that the stitching “was probably not good” and may have come apart during the cleaning process. I understand that things can sometimes happen during cleaning, but I believe it’s the cleaner’s responsibility to inspect garments before returning them to customers and to communicate honestly if any damage occurs. These coats were brand new and had never been worn, so I was very disappointed to find this kind of damage. I also noticed hand stitching inside the same area, which made me wonder whether a repair was attempted without letting me know. That kind of situation should always be discussed with the customer beforehand. I don’t mind paying for quality service — I just expect care, honesty, and accountability. Mistakes can happen, but clear communication and responsibility go a long way in maintaining trust. I hope this feedback encourages better inspection and customer communication in the future.

I brought my Mother of the Bride dress to get hemmed and they did an outstanding job! They also steamed it of wrinkles! They took great care of me and my dress! I have also brought leather and hard to clean items and they did a fantastic job! They give the personal touch and very reasonably priced! They get all my business now!
I had just found a new dry clean store that is incredible. The owner did a great job on my clothes and even find some small problems with my stuff and fixed for free. They even texted me when my clothes are ready. Strongly recommended if you want a great place to keep your clothes look good
