One of the worst places you can use for cleaning your cloth! They did a terrible job on pressing my pants. They actually press the pants into a warped sideline! And completely ruined my son's expensive pants. Ziro quality. Don't go there.
I had an excellent experience with this dry cleaner! The service was fast, professional, and very reliable. My clothes came back spotless, perfectly pressed, and smelling fresh. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they really care about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality dry cleaning and garment care in the area. Definitely my go-to cleaner from now on!
Terrible customer service! They ruined my comforter and did not compensate me. I took my full size (Christmas design)comforter for dry cleaning. I had to pay for the dry cleaning in-advance $50.48. When in got It home I noticed the red pattern bled all over the white design on the comforter.I called them and I was told to bring it back and they offered to clean it again.They weren’t even going to tell me that they ruined it. They couldn’t get the red dye stain out after two cleanings.They offered me a $50 credit note for future services.To be compensated for the damaged comforter I’d have to show them a receipt as proof of value.Who keeps receipts of comforters? It’s not like it’s an appliance, or something that would be under warranty.My comforter was like new.Never slept in. I used it one month last December in my guest room.I plan to take my dry cleaning elsewhere. I’m a long time customer, they should have given me a refund for the dry cleaning I paid. I am disappointed in their lack of accountability. Their customer service is terrible.
Brought my engagement photoshoot dress here for alterations to get the waist taken in. When I picked it up I tried it on to make sure it fit properly. Alterations were fine but there were BROWN STAINS on the back of my cream coloured dress! The lady doing the alterations said she didn’t know how they got there and became defensive saying I must have brought the dress in like that. I know 100% that when I brought the dress in, it did not have any stains on it. It was a brand new dress from the store with tags still on it and it went straight from the store to the drycleaners. I checked and made sure there were no issues before bringing it to get altered as I knew I wouldn’t be able to return it. IF there were stains(there weren’t) the day the lady pinning my dress for alterations would have seen it, as would l when I tried it on and looked in the mirror many times. There was also another lady in the store waiting to get alterations and we had a whole conversation about how to style my dress with accessories and she would have also noticed if there were brown stains all on the back of the dress. I was obviously upset because if my photoshoot was the next day then they would have ruined it. She was very dismissive and wasn’t apologetic at all. I took photos of the stains and she kept saying I didn’t need to do that. Of course I would take photos of my dress that was potentially ruined. She said she would get it cleaned but couldn’t guarantee when she could get it back to me or if they could clean it because she didn’t know what caused the stains. At that point I was just too upset and stressed and they already lost my trust since I entrusted this garment in their hands, so I ended up taking it to another drycleaner and paying more and praying they would be able to get the stains out. So thankful I checked the dress in store before I left, so I could see the condition it was in, but I wish I read the reviews before I went here since there are other reviews about stains ruining garments. Disappointing and would not recommend this place. Shocked at how they could possibly return items in that condition and with no care for others property.
Very good experience with them in terms of quality and delivery but few things- 1st -they said I will receive a text message once ready for pick up-never got one. 2nd when Winter Jacket given for dry clean they removed fur hood and kept it with them - once we went there again asking for hood they had it kept at secured place - but they should returned it when we pick up the jacket. other wise no complain all stuff ready as promised.
I have a large wardrobe with every type of business garment you can imagine. I've literally used them for every type of garment simply because of the price vs quality. It is not best in class, however it delivers good service without steep pricing.
Do not come to this place, they do not know what they are doing and will not respond for damages. I brought my winter boots for a zipper repair and instead my boots were damaged. I spoke to the owner who told me they do not issue refunds and that she did not have my money to give back to me because they take the shoes elsewhere for repair. Not only was I not given a refund, but I don't even know if they can be repaired and they are $800 winter boots. I will take them to my old shoe repair spot at Bayview Village (far but they are professionals). The way they handled the situation was extremely extremely unprofessional and I feel robbed. My husband also came to speak to them and nothing was resolved. They do not care about their customers, it's all about money here.
