I would give 0 stars if I could. This dry cleaner completely ruined my designer dress. When I dropped it off, the worker even complimented my dress — we both looked at it together and it was in perfect condition. When I picked it up, I came home to find the sleeves and tassels destroyed. This wasn’t just any dress — it had heavy beadwork, embroidery, and 3D detailing, so of course it was expensive. I had to wear it to my party in just 2 hours, and because of the damage I couldn’t wear it at all. When my sister went back to show them the damage, they refused to take responsibility and even claimed we could have damaged it ourselves — even though I had picked it up less than 40 minutes earlier. When I told them it was a designer dress and very costly, they dismissed me by saying “no dress is that expensive.” That kind of ignorance and unprofessionalism is unbelievable, especially for people working in the clothing industry how do you not know dresses are expensive? After arguing back and forth, they finally gave me a refund, but the whole experience was insulting, stressful, and completely unacceptable. I’ll never trust them with my clothes again, and I strongly recommend others stay away as well.
I’ve been coming to get my clothes cleaned and blanket stitched by Van for about 2 years now and she always gives 10/10 service. I recently made a special request to get a blanket made out of T-shirts for my girlfriend, and the final result was amazing!
Covid-19 has not been fun, but the team at Spot Free Cleaners they have made my experience safe and they take all the safety measures required. They also have a very good staff and the overall experience for me was very positive. I would definitely come back here and recommend my friends. A++
Great Dry Cleaners. I wear dress shirts and dress pants for work almost everyday. They take of my items. Never had a problem. Friendly staff and they are very careful during these hard times during covid.
I am a regular customer and have always received exceptional and friendly service. I was waiting in line as @justinbudhai (post below) was rudely accusing the owner and acting quite upsetly as she tried to explain and solve the issue. The owner was very patient and politely asked him to leave.
I would highly recommend SPOT FREE CLEANERS in Mississauga. It is under new management and let me tell you how much better it is now. The customer service is REMARKABLE. The best Dry cleaners in the GTA. 5 STAR all the way.
Bad cleaners They ruined my parents coats. They ruined two coats. I don’t know what they did to them but one shrank and the other was given back with the liner unattached. My parents old and simple folks. They were forced to pay for cleaning on top. Shameful
