I absolutely love this place. I walked in and the owner noticed that my jacket was a bit tight. He asked me to take it off and fixed it in less than 2 minutes. A true magician with the needle! They are always smiling and welcoming, and their service is off the charts!

I’ve used this business for many years now. I use them for dry cleaning, alterations and ironing/pressing service. They are extremely professional and are very skilled with their work. The customer service is unmatched. I recently had to use a different alteration place and I have to say I felt like I was taken advantage of by the other place because they do not match the service quality of queen cleaners; I regret using anyone else. If you need quality and accurate work done to any of your clothing I suggest using queen cleaners. Every one of my suits now and going forward will always be altered by queen cleaners

Clothes came back smelling like they were washed with other clothes for a different culture. Owner was offended when I mentioned it and when asked for my clothes to be rewashed. Said he has never received a complaint. That's great and all but my clothes don't smell clean. When asked about their washing process, they don't even do it in house. It is outsourced to somewhere else. Next time, I am taking my clothes to somewhere where they actually know what's going on during the cleaning process.
