I’m extremely disappointed with the service. My cloth was completely ruined, and not only did you fail to take responsibility, but your staff was also dismissive and unhelpful. The lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced!
Avoid this place at all costs! At first they lied that they have lost the jacket, instantly found it when I wrote an official complaint 3 months later. Turned out that they spoiled it, and were not sending it back because of it. After we demanded a refund (at least a partial refund), they pushed all the responsibility to previous owners/managers. Obviously, previous owners did not care about my complaints and were extremely rude during the call. Current management offered a small amount credit, that could be used at their place only, however, there is no trust to them anymore. Current management takes no responsibility. Recently they spoiled my friends jacket as well.
When my Cadet Cleaners storefront closed I needed to find a new dry cleaner. These guys provide far better dry cleaning, shirt laundry and alteration services than I'd received before. Fair price, quick service, relatively inexpensive alterations and repairs all done on site. I'm a big fan.
Very very be careful when you send your valuable stuff to them . Don't know what kind of cleaning products they use , but it is terrieable .Also they damage your stuff with excuse . I don't recommend this cleaner , won't back for ever.
