Great experience. I came from Milton after reading the reviews. I had a suit with a crazy amount of stains because I leaned against some dirty car in the dark. On the first run, all the stains were not cleaned, but when I highlighted it to Sam, he took it in again and I got a completely stain free suit back today. If I had to nitpick, it would be that everything should be caught on first try, but nevertheless, I am happy and pleased as I spent a lot of money tailoring the suit. Will use their service again.
The service was fast, friendly, and very professional. Quick and sent a text message when it was done. They handled my clothes with care and everything came back looking fresh, clean, and perfectly pressed. Even a few stubborn stains I thought would never come out were completely gone. Stay away from these guys. They will charge but can’t even do basic work. See the pic of stain they left and did not even informed that they are able to remove it. Saw it right before the party and I’m in panic!
