Dino and the crew at TSC Wetclean did an awesome job cleaning my dress pants—on short notice, too! I called at 9am this morning, told them I needed them cleaned before 1pm and they had it done within 3 hours. Dino was very personable and a pleasure to chat with. Highly recommend this place if you need to get your clothes cleaned.
Do not trust them! They absolutely ruined my friends wedding dress. If you’re a business that specializes is cleaning then you should know what you’re doing and if not then that should be vocalized to the client and REFERRED to someone who does, not just sending the dress elsewhere without the clients consent. Weddings are already a stressful event to plan and this business made it even more stressful with no empathy. Everything should have been refunded including the full or even partial price of the wedding dress that you ruined. I’ve had sharpeners break expensive shears I use for work and they always replace them or refund me the full price of the shears without me asking. That’s what should be done. TSC WETCLEAN does a superb job on all our special laundry like silk blouses and performance costumes, as well as on regular clothing like shirts and suits. We've been using their services for years. Best things - 1. no chemical smell and 2. best customer service! I wouldn't trust our clothes with anyone else!
