I used to go to this place a lot before pandemic and I believed that they have been running now through new management and just carry the same business name as this place is not BBB accredited. I brought a couple of pants to get shortened sweatpants is one of them. Both brand new straight from the store. I picked it up on a Saturday, Sunday I planned to wear the sweatpants only to noticed that one of the leg is faded almost like a tie dye. This place is closed on Sunday so I left a voicemail. Monday morning I called and spoke to the same lady that took my pants when I dropped them off for alterations, yea they are lovely people until they make a mistakes and then turned into a liar and don’t own their mistakes. She told me to come bring the pants and she will take a look. As soon as she saw my pants she knew exactly what happened to it coz she didn’t even examine it right away she blurted out we didn’t do that coz we don’t touch the pants only the bottom to cut, she blamed it back at me saying I must have washed it and faded, we all know that if a pants been washed and color bleed or fades it would be universally faded and not just one leg, it is clearly telling me that this pants were attempted to steam and realized the color changed and stopped. The pants was already ruined cannot be fixed the colour all I wanted to hear is an apology that this happened but threw it back at me and blamed me. This is $100 sweatpants ruined and they won’t accept their mistakes. I obviously trusted them with my pants that is why I brought it there, it is disappointing that this business allowed to do this to their customer, I hope they changed the way they run their business. I will not tell anyone to not do business with them but if you are looking to go to this place check, take a picture of your clothes before and after. I’m obviously naive and still trust too much that some people never heard of that word Honesty ever! My message to the owner of this business, I hope you learn to accept your mistakes, own it and apologize not all customers wants money back but rather an apology. Pants can be replaced but the trust will never be given again and eventually if you continue to operate like this your business will suffer too. I wish you all the best!
