I’ve been going to Elegant Plus Cleaners for a few years, and they’ve been great every time. The team is friendly, professional, and takes good care of all my clothes, even the delicate ones. They’re quick, but the quality never slips. I’d definitely recommend them if you need a reliable dry cleaner.
I gave my kurta pjama to this location. They gave me as it i gave it to them. Single stain didnt remove from it. He said he will send again for cleaning and i have to attend the function. Totally disappointed. Not worthful at all. I recomment dont try this location.
I being going to Elegant cleaners for 30 years, I give them 5 stars before, but last clothes that I took (3 shirts, 2 shorts and 1 pants) they lost the pants, I have to call two times to see what happened, they took my phone number but never called me. When I supposed to pick up my clothes, I called to see if they were ready and they told me that one of the items wasn't ready. When I pick up my clothes, I didn't check if everything was there because I trust them. They're not apologizing or taking responsibility for the situation. So if you decide to go there make sure you check your clothes are all there before you leave.
I was very pleased with their work and service, and would recommend this business to anyone. Staff are some of the most kind and professional people I've experienced.
