If you want your curtains botched, your money pocketed, and your patience tested by someone who mistakes arrogance for customer service, congratulations — you’ve found the right shop. First set of curtains? Uneven heights like they were cut in the dark. Second set? Already dropped off before we realized the disaster. When I asked about it, the lady flat-out said “this is a trouble for me and I won’t do your work” — ma’am, what exactly did I pay you for, storytime? And it’s not just me. Go read the reviews: overcharging, lost engagement clothes, ripped shirts from dry cleaning. This isn’t bad luck, it’s a business model built on disrespect and incompetence. Save your sanity, your money, and your clothes. Go literally anywhere else before you hand them over to this circus
They are really good at what they do (alterations is what I tried with them ]. they are perfect. My only issue with them is the price. I went there to get something done on one of my shirts and informed them that I had several (10-15 ) other shirts that will need the same alteration The lady gave me a $1-discount off the original price per shirt. I dropped off 3 other shirts only to be surprised with her charging me $1 more than the original price per shirt !!!!!!!!!!! Personally , I felt being taken advantage of.
Worst place to give your stuff for dry cleaning. They will wash your clothes when you give them for dry cleaning. Very bad experience. Never visiting again!

Very bad service, the owner and her husband have very bad attitude towards some people and I don't know why!. I asked for alterations and she gave me a price. In my opinion the price was high and I tried in a very decent way to ask her if she can make it a little bit lower, I told her 40 $ instead of 45$ as the dress I got is much cheaper than the alterations, she didn't like what I said, I mentioned to her that it was only a suggestion and I agree to her price anyways. I kindly asked her to be more patient with the clients.and she started threatening me with the cameras she has in the place, her husband also told me that they will not do alterations for my dress even if I agreed on their price, and now she is lying saying that I walked out because I didn't like the price they offered and they kicked me out of the store. the evidence was the camera and a lady standing behind me. I hope she can show everyone coming to her store the cameras, but she won't , the clients themselves will discover the very bad attitude the owner and her husband were talking to me. My advice is don't waste your time going this place . There's so much discrimination towards some people especially Arabs . Edit : I just saw the edited version of the owners reply, I want to reiterate that I am NOT spreading false information, this was my experience with these shop owner's and what i got from their actions and words towards me. please don't downplay your attitude or what happened that day.
I have been coming to these cleaners after the pandemic and the lady that does alterations is actually very good. I got my suit jacket and pants altered and it was the perfect fit. Prices are reasonable too and the owners are very caring and polite towards their customers.
This place is a disaster, they charge so much for bad attitude service. Very bad attitude the lady who calls herself the manager there. Doesn’t answer questions and tries to act smart by speaking over her clients. Save yourself and go to another place and avoid dealing with bad attitude businesses like this one Response to your reply below Please do not lie and make up stories - I was the guy who came in to get 2 white shirts done. You probably fought with some one else too as you have a habit of fighting with your customers on daily basis
