Best experience I've had with a computer repair shop. I needed two case exhaust fans replaced because one stopped moving and I needed it done the same day, this was why I chose Ridgeway computers because the website said they could get it done same day and he did. I walked in and was out within under an hour. Zain answered all my questions and explained how it would be repaired. Price was great. I trusted him with my $3000 work computer, custom pre built. Couldn't have asked for anything more, really. Thanks Zain!
I took the time to call and inquire about a service they provide. The guy said he wasn't sure how quickly they could get the part needed. He took my phone number and committed to calling me back after investigating. Never heard from him again. If this is how little they care before they get the business, then I don't want to know how little they care once they have my money. Next.
They couldn't find a motherboard replacement for my computer, and even call to confirm they didn't. They just sort of left me hanging with no answer. What's more is that within 30 seconds of me searching on amazon, I found a compatible motherboard. Extremely disappointing.
