I was in the need to repair 2 Xbox Elite 2 Pro Controllers. I called Max on a Saturday near closing time and he was able to wait for me to make the drop off. Both controllers had a faulty unresponsive LB but one had active solder on the LB from self attempt to fix it. Max was able to quickly diagnose the issues, fix them both for a reasonable price and stayed 30 mins after closing to wait for me as I rushed back from work. I respect the hardwork, honesty, good customer service, and quick delivery. Highly recommended for electronic repairs except for those finicky printers.
It was indeed a very nice experience visiting the store. Max was very patient and heard my problem in detail. I had a problem with the laptop charging port which was part of the motherboard.
