I was intoduced to One touch computers about 5 years ago by a good friend and purchased a streaming system. It has functioned year after year without fail. I always encourage my friends and family to visit him for any variety of digital solutions. My father-in-law from Montreal is now a repeat customer as well as a number of local friends. I hope he stays in business for a long time as he is definitely my preferred and only vendor for digital solutions.
I had a bad experience here. My laptop did not display (Blackscreen) after a Windows 10 update, but it turned on okay. Mannan said it would take 3 days to fix the display issue. It was actually taken more than 3 weeks and then what I got was a laptop with blackscreen unfixed and it couldn't be powered on at all. I paid $50 for a service that has not fixed my laptop but made the machine even worse.
My laptop fans seemed to have died so I took it to Mannan at one touch Computers. He said he would give me a call to see when its done. He did after an hour or so and i picked it up. The fan was dirty and clogged so he did not replace it. And he did some maintenance on my laptop. It's working fine now. He was so courteous and very honest. I highly recommend him. Ghada
