Never choose this location for IKEA pick up. The man at the Sheridan Computers is extremely rude. First, he gave only one package to my husband who went to pick up my package and when i called him up to ask about the same. He started arguing. I said, he was supposed to give us two packages & it is difficult to come again & again, he started getting angry & when I confronted him that why is he fighting, he misbehaved even more & cut the call. Worst customer service.
Avoid repairs they try to charge double the amount a normal shop would charge . Also there is a reason they have many 1 star reviews and the fact the owner tries to defend each 1star review with some bs shows 0 accountability. (Pls Avoid at all cost)
I had a very good experience with Sheridan Computers. My laptop had a cooling fan issue and they solved the problem quickly at a reasonable charge. Very honest and decent person to deal with. I would highly recommend this place for computer needs. Dan George Lisgar, Mississauga.
I had disappointing experience at this computer shop. One staff member who said that he is the owner was extremely rude and unhelpful. He was so disrecpect with me. when I asked him any questions, he didn't give me accurate information.
Thank you Sheridan Computers. They were able to get my laptop to stop freezing up and helped me remove some corrupted parts. Definitely a QUALITY REPAIR SERVICE!
Have purchased two phones from this retailer. one, a New BB Q5 - two and a half months later touch screen dies. Call to take advantage of the "one year full warranty" included with the phone and was told their warranty is only 30 days and i should contact BB customer Care... BB told me "nope" have to go back to the retailer... Called them back - sure, we'll send it to BB - it will take a month. Let me reiterate - the phone is 70 days old... Stay tuned - heading there now to loom over them and sort this out. Lets hope they come around to how ludicrous this is.
Screen replaced in Milton branch, left pressure marks all over back LCD causing dark smudges to appear on the screen in light backgrounds. Refused to cover the damages.
