I brought my laptop to this shop after accidentally dropping it. Despite the drop, it was still working perfectly fine—I only needed the back panel replaced so it could close properly. Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. Long wait with no proper updates – I was told the back panel replacement would take 24 hours once the part arrived. Instead, I had to wait two days and even follow up myself before being told I could pick it up. Poor cleaning service – I paid extra for internal cleaning, but when I got my laptop back, it was dirty on the outside. The keyboard wasn’t even wiped down. If I’m paying for a cleaning service, I expect more attention to detail. New issues after repair – Before bringing my laptop here, it had no performance issues whatsoever. Only the panel was damaged. But one week after getting it back, it started freezing and requiring hard reboots. Now it freezes so often that it’s unusable. No after-service support – I reached out to ask if I could bring the laptop back, but I never received any response. I ended up spending $180 for nothing—my laptop is now in worse condition than when I first brought it in. Completely unacceptable. Do not go to this shop!
Ajay fixed my partner's 2 macbooks, two years in a row now after incidents of water damage. I was so glad when I found this place. When my laptop screen stopped working, I went to the service of the store where I originally bought it. After a brief inspection they told me that its a motherboard problem, which meant its replacing and costing me somewhat close to the price of the laptop itself plus about 5 weeks for figuring out the model of the motherboard, placing an order, receive it and work for the replacement. After hearing that I understood that I definitely need a second opinion. I searched on Google Maps another computer repairs and "The Laptop repair" caught my attention. It was not the nearest to me but maybe because of the word "Laptop" in their name. I went there and what I heard from the gentleman who was receiving the order and conducting the first diagnosis made me feel relief. My laptop was ready next day, as the gentleman promised, and with a more than reasonable total cost of replacing just one component of the motherboard. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a quick, professional and reasonably priced laptop repair.
